Jax Anderson started the night with a ferocity that slapped everyone out of their mid-week stooper. Every word from her mouth was impassioned and emotional, a great way to kick things off.

Miya Folick carried that torch and her haunting vocals emblazoned through the night air. She was quirky but powerful. I was said when a show of hers a few months back was canceled, but she was worth the wait. I hope she comes back to Vancouver very soon.

Bishop Briggs is just a force, a smiling, excited, contagiously spirited force that shakes your insides with happiness. She is that friend that just wants to see you and everyone else having fun.

This was my second time seeing her and I was still taken aback by her presence. She just doesn’t stop moving. Jumping and skipping across the stage while the copious amount of lights flash and shift around her. It was beautiful.

This time around she was sporting a shaved head, it added this fae-like quality to her look. She is just completely captivating.

Bishop and team, there will always be a place for you here, come back often.
