The capacity crowd at Funkys were lucky to see three fantastic bands, each giving everything they’ve got. Starting off the night were Christ Air, a tight and fast skate punk band that never lets up. It was a special event for the Spree Killers. This was their first home town concert after a successful month-long cross Canada tour, and it was clear that the time on the road has only made them better. Finally, it was Bishops Green’s turn to take the stage. At this point there was no way I was going to risk getting any shots from the middle of the floor as their passionate followers went nuts! They are just heading out on a major US tour supporting 7Second, so it was also a big night for them.
