Irish singer Dermot Kennedy brought his current tour to the Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver, BC on Wednesday night to perform his first of two sold-out nights.

It was a very young crowd, they were eager,

The Dublin-bred singer stepped out from the darkness to deliver an intense and emotional set that sent goosebumps through the venue. His voice was had a slight roughness to it, a strain of pure emotion. Simply delightful.

The lighting was dramatic and lent itself to easily capture powerful pictures of Mr. Kennedy.

Come back to Vancouver soon, we need more music like that, especially when it is rainy and dreary outside
