Stiff Little Fingers + The Mahones @ Rickshaw Theatre – November 29th 2018

It was a packed Thursday night at the Rickshaw Theatre with punk fans of all ages. First up were the Canadian Irish punk The Mahones with their five piece band which consisted of guitar, bass, violin, mandolin and drums. Their punk and Irish folk style had the audience up on their feet making the venue seem like an intimate show in a pub.

Northern Irish punk rock legends Stiff Little Fingers took to the stage with a roaring crowd eagerly waiting to be blown away. After celebrating their 40th anniversary tour last year, these guys showed no signs of slowing down and their music is more relevant than ever. Most of their set consisted of the first two albums ‘Inflammable Material’ from 1979 and ‘Nobody’s Heroes’ from 1980.
