Thirty Seconds to Mars @ Budweiser Stage – June 6th 2018

Thirty Seconds to Mars’ “Monolith Tour” touched down for the first time in North America, bringing the band to Toronto’s Budweiser Stage.

The band emerged onstage under the cover of darkness, before an LED wall was lifted, revealing the Leto brothers underneath.

Frontman Jared Leto had plenty of stage to work with, as a catwalk extended into the general admission pit, and the singer used up all of it, bounding around the stage while leading fans in renditions of tracks from their newest release “America.”

Much like the LED wall, which changed in shape, so too did the band’s setlist. The group transitioned from their own original material, to a cover of Rihanna’s “Stay,” to inviting fans onstage during two separate occasions.

The “Monolith Tour” is one of those large-scale tours that you have to see for yourself, as the band continues their tour of North America throughout the rest of the Summer.
