WWE Live: Road to WrestleMania @ Abbotsford Centre – February 6th 2017

Last night WWE Live: Road to WrestleMania stopped in at the Abbotsford Centre in Abbotsford, British Columbia.

Despite an intense snow storm outside, the fans braved the roads to fill the venue and enjoy a raucous evening of professional wrestling.

It has been a few years since I have stood outside the squared circle and watched the power and beauty that these athletes can deliver.

A couple highlights of the night were the Dolph Ziggler vs. Apollo Crews match and the triple threat match featuring Dean Ambrose vs. AJ Styles vs. The Miz. Dolph Ziggler reminded me of classic Shawn Michaels with his constant taunts and effortless movement. Dean Ambrose showed off his explosive power and rode the delicate borderline between babyface and heel.

I hope to see the WWE back through the Great Vancouver area again soon. Once a year is just not nearly enough.
