BREAKOUT Festival 2018, Vancouver’s first all hip-hop and R&B music festival taking place June 9th and 10th at PNE Amphitheatre in Vancouver, BC.
The festival lineup, which is set to announce next Monday, February 5th, will feature some of the biggest names in music today over the course of two days.
