LIVE at Squamish Announces Lineup

If you didn’t attend LIVE at Squamish last year, you missed out on a stellar festival. It’s picturesque landscape was matched perfectly with its unique billing. This year looks to be no different. Last night the team at LIVE, announced it’s line-up for 2012 over at the Commodore Ballroom. Without further ado here is the initial look of the lineup:

The Tragically Hip, City and Colour, The Sheepdogs, Chromeo, Mother Mother, The Airbone Toxic Event, Lights, Wintersleep, Beats Antique, Plants and Animals, Charles Bradley, Kathleen Edwards, Current Swell, The Rural Alberta Advantage, The Matinee, The Pack A.D., Rococode, The Washboard Union, Rich Hope, No SInner, Good For Grapes, Humans, Yes Nice, GOld & Youth, Facts, The Harpoonist & The Axe Murderer, Wake! Owl, and Maurice.

As you can see it is a great Canadian lineup. I am most excited for The Tragically Hip, The Pack A.D. and for Wintersleep. These three groups put on amazing live shows. If you haven’t already you should run out and buy tickets to this festival. It is going to be a great time, and supporting local music is one of the best things you can do.
