The people over at Live at Squamish added a couple new acts to the lineup, The Belle Game and The Proper Villains. These two were added, as a result of the festivals contest “Win a Chance to Play at Live at Squamish“. In the end what was supposed to be a single act being introduced, ended up being two. With a total of 144 entries, it just goes to prove that this local festival has lots of support behind it.

Year one of our competition and we already broke the rules…after over a week of heated discussion the judges decided on TWO acts to add to the LIVE at Squamish lineup! Congratulations to both bands and a big thanks to the remaining 3 finalists and all 144 bands who entered the contest, the talent in BC is astounding.“
