Live Review: Theory of a Deadman + The Blue Stones @ Grey Eagle Resort and Casino – March 1st 2018

It was a fun night with Theory of a Deadman and The Blue Stones playing at the Grey Eagle Resort and Casino. The first act to take the stage was The Blue Stones which is a duo from Ontario made up of Tarek Jafar – vocals/guitar & Justin Tessier – percussion/ back-up vocals. The Blue Stones played a great set! We will definitely be hearing more from these guys in the future.

Theory of a Deadman frontman, Tyler Connolly, came out full blast and got everyone in the audience on their feet. They played the hits from their 16+ years together and also included new material from their latest release, Wake Up Call. During the show, digital art and animation were shown on big screens that added an extra element of cool to their performance. Tyler also told a story about a crew member celebrating their birthday the night before in Vegas. Tyler also showed the crowd some digital evidence of their wild night on the screens. I guess not everything that happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. Theory of a Deadman put on a great show, including a solid drum solo by Joey Dandneau. Wishing them all the best for the rest of their tour!
