British Columbia’s loudest mountain mosh pit is set to return this summer as Armstrong MetalFest unveils its massive 2026 lineup.
Returning to the Hassen Arena in Armstrong, BC on July 17 and 18, Armstrong MetalFest will celebrate its 16th year of bringing together metal fans from across Western Canada for a weekend of extreme music, camping, and community in the heart of the Okanagan.
Leading this year’s lineup are American death metal heavyweights Dying Fetus and progressive death metal innovators Rivers of Nihil. The festival’s 2026 edition also features Cyborg Octopus, Into Eternity, Vintersea, Fervence, Lycanthro, Iron Kingdom, Odinfist, Art of Attrition, and dozens more acts spanning death metal, thrash, power metal, black metal, and progressive metal.
Since its inception, Armstrong MetalFest has grown into one of Western Canada’s premier independent metal festivals, attracting fans from British Columbia, Alberta, and the Pacific Northwest for two days of relentless live music and unforgettable festival experiences.
In addition to the stacked lineup, attendees can take part in fan-favourite activities including the Yeti Games, Metal Madness Market, and Thrash Wrestling throughout the weekend.
