American rock band The Neighbourhood made a triumphant return to Vancouver, performing to a sold-out Vogue Theatre.|

It was an intense triple bill with Los-Angeles-made noise rock band HEALTH and the San-Francisco-hailing lo-fi musician Field Medic opening the night, each putting on absolute clinics. Honestly, each of these bands could have been the headliners, I was mezmerized by each one.

Sure, The Neighbourhood was the best of the three, but the others gave them a run for their money.
