LØLØ Embraces The Chaos On New Single “Pretty Little Wreck”

Canadian pop-rock artist LØLØ is celebrating the imperfect, complicated and frequently chaotic sides of life with her introspective new single, “Pretty Little Wreck.”

Driven by bright guitar riffs and an infectious early-2000s pop-rock energy, the song finds LØLØ letting go of the need to appear as though she has everything figured out. Instead, she turns emotional disorder into something honest, relatable and strangely freeing.

“I used to spend so much time trying to hide the messiest parts of myself, but lately I realized those parts are the most interesting,” LØLØ said. “I wrote ‘Pretty Little Wreck’ when I decided to embrace the chaos instead of apologizing for it.”

She continued, “Life becomes a lot more interesting when you stop pretending that you’ve got everything figured out, and I hope this song gives my fans inspiration to lean into that.”

“Pretty Little Wreck” follows the April release of LØLØ’s sophomore album, God Forbid A Girl Spits Out Her Feelings!, through Fearless Records. The album further established the Toronto-born artist’s diaristic approach to songwriting, combining emotional vulnerability, sharp humour and pop-punk attitude. Its standout single “The Punisher” also earned LØLØ her debut appearance on the Billboard Canada Airplay charts.

The singer will bring those songs on the road this fall during the North American leg of her God Forbid A Girl Goes On Tour! headline run. The tour opens with a hometown performance at Toronto’s Opera House on September 17 and continues through the United States and Canada before wrapping up at Boston’s Brighton Music Hall on October 26. Her New York appearance at the Bowery Ballroom is already sold out.

Before the headline tour begins, LØLØ will return to Warped Tour for its September stop in Mexico City. She previously performed at the festival’s Canadian debut in Montreal and its Long Beach edition, where she also joined Simple Plan and All Time Low during their sets.

Later this year, LØLØ will reunite with frequent collaborators Simple Plan as direct support for the band’s arena and stadium tour across Asia.

With more than 200 million global streams, collaborations with Simple Plan, Maggie Lindemann and Plain White T’s, and appearances at Lollapalooza, Download Festival, Slam Dunk and multiple Warped Tour dates, LØLØ continues to become one of modern pop-rock’s most exciting voices.
